Start the second day with a one day game drive in in Ngorongoro Crater, the pride of Tanzania and the world’s largest unbroken caldera in the world and finish off in Lake Manyara, well renowned for the flamingo colonies and the tree climbing lions.

Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania – Tarangire National Park

Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport.
The team of Olsero Expedition Trekking & Safaris will personally welcome you and your group at the airport..
Transfer to Tarangire National Park where you will start the game drive. Tarangire lies between the meadows of Masai Steppe to the south east and the lakes of the Great Rift Valley to the north and west. Raked as the 6th largest National Park in Tanzania and covering an area of 2,600 square kilometers, the park is famous for its high elephant populations, giant baobab trees and the Tarangire river which traverse across the park making it the source of water to the resident animals like zebras, buffalos, gnus and many more. Enjoy your fantastic game drive through the river circuit where leopards, lions, cheetahs, Impala and large troops of baboons can be seen.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park – Ngorongoro Crater

08:00 – 3 hours 15′ drive 
After breakfast, we leave Tarangire National Park for Ngorongoro Crater full day game viewing with picnic lunch. One of the continent’s most celebrated natural wonders and pride of Tanzania, Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest unbroken caldera in the world,. It is also known as Africa’s Garden of Eden or the Eighth Wonder of the World. The crater is home of a great animal kingdom. Nearly all the biodiversity of East African savannah is gathered here, except giraffe and very few others. Depending on the season, 20000- 25000 animals are gathered here but more than two-third are buffaloes, wildebeest, zebra and gazelles. This large number of grazers is the reason why the Crater has the largest number of predators in Tanzania, Rhino and leopard can also be seen.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater – Lake Manyara National Park

08:00 – 3 hours drive 
Early breakfast at the lodge and departure for Lake Manyara National park, The park is dominated by a lake of the same name, it attracts large colonies of birds, Flamingo, cormorants, pelicans and storks, more than 400 different species have been recorded here. The Park is also famous for its Tree climbing lions which are usually found in the central and open part of the park. During your safari, you will also see elephant,zebra, giraffe, buffaloes,hippos and so many others animal.Drive back to Arusha for accomodation / drop off at the airport as per request.
